JASON REEVE
Chief Executive Officer

Jason is the CEO and Founder of Miris Reporting and now Miris Finance. Jason is a qualified financial advisor and former founder of Novitas loans, a specialist consumer credit and law firm lending business that provided finance to individuals looking to bring a wide range of legal claims. Novitas was sold in 2017 to Close Brothers bank.

EMMA REEVE
Chief Operating Officer

Emma was a Director at a leading London marketing agency. She co-founded Novitas loans and was the COO from inception to the sale in 2017, responsible for all systems and process plus the relationship with key law firm clients.

HEATHER GLOVER
Financial Advisor

Heather is a qualified ACA accountant. Having left KPMG, she joined Deutsche Bank and then Novitas Loans in 2014 as CFO. Post Novitas, she became CFO for LE Capital in May 2021, raising over £60m of lending from third party finance institutions. As well as her role as CFO of Miris Finance, she is also the CFO of Miris Reporting.

PHIL O'DRISCOLL
Chief Information Officer

Designing and writing specialist funding systems since 2004. Head Developer at Hampshire Trust writing their CCA lending web platform. Then to Novitas for 7 years, designing their multi-product law firm lending system, including Cost Advance, staying on with Close Brothers post acquisition. Recently built and ran the law firm lending platform for Sandfield Capital.
